OVERVIEW of how we will work together each month: GROUND in God – EXPLORE the data -

PROCESS the feelings – INTEGRATE the shift.

DESCRIPTION: We will meet twice per month, on a Sunday (2p-5pm). We will start each meeting with enough time to ground in the God Within. Then - from this safe, loving and powerful container - we will explore Pathwork concepts relevant to current events and process the feelings that arise within us from these events. We will end each session with somatic integration of any shift that emerged.

CONCEPTS: The concepts we will explore come from PL# 75 – The Great Transition; # 223 Evolutionary Stages for Individual and Group Consciousness; # 225 The Era for the new Age and new Consciousness; # 37- Right and Wrong Acceptance; PL# 123 - Overcoming the Fear of the Unknown; PL# 244 Be in the world- not of the world; PL# 105- Relationship to God through the Stages; PL# 254- Surrender

SKILLS: Some aspects of self, and skills we will touch on, develop, strengthen or deepen: cultivating the Objective Observer; connecting to Higher Self/Divine Spark; exploring how to let go of judgmental attitudes and the Idealized Self Image; deepening of our emotional maturity; surrendering to Mother/Father God and their Great Plan; deep Listening.
